Legs felt a little heavy but this was mostly enjoyable! Feels good to finally get some speedy stuff in. Again... wish my garmin was working so I could see my pace on the tempo bits.

I felt so sick today and tried to go for my 25 min recovery run but every step I took sent a jolt of pain through my head and it hurt so bad it made me feel nauseas, so I turned back early :(
I think I have walking pneumonia!
The plan was to run the green from the local meet earlier in the day but as a night o because I was working all day and couldn't go to the meet. I got about halfway through the course (thanks Dave and Ethan for setting out streamers!) and was just too scared to keep going. Fail! At least I got out there...
