First split practice meaning the A team and the B team practiced separately. Intensity was definitely higher. We did a short track workout indoors. 50, 100, 200, 200, 100, 50. Felt hard! It's so nice to run with people again. Later we did some ladder drills and agility work. Everything else was drills and scrimmaging.
