Route choice training set up by Ethan. I was picking up streamers, so had to stop a few times to give some runners a head start. Fun course, but really thick, thorny woods meant mostly trail running.

5 x (2min on 1 min off) Legs were definitely hurting during the warm up but they didn't bother me too much during the workout. I ended up doing this on the grass field rather than the track because our track and field teams were practicing, and I'm glad I did because the soft surface was easier on my quads and I think on the bursitis issues I'm still experiencing a bit.
