Legs, maybe not a brilliant idea after yesterday but felt okay

Orienteering race (Southern Champs Starpost) 1:35:49 [5] 14.7 km (6:31 / km) +260m 5:59 / km
shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 300

Fitness wasn't really good enough from the start, felt slow and couldn't keep the pace up. Obviously need to do more running training... Orienteering was average somehow making a mistake at 1 aswell as 11, 14, 19, 21 and alot of hesitating. On the positive side had a decent section from 2 - 10, also nice area and nice course

Cricket training - speed and agility fielding work and then a net... Shoulder was abit sore when bowling
