Orienteering race 1:01:18 [4] 10.87 km (5:38 / km)

Not sure if it was easier or if I was better. Maybe both. Made a silly mistake right at the end and got a time penalty.

Running warm up/down 34:23 [1] 5.82 km (5:54 / km)

Could have got the bus or rented a bike but just decided to run it. Was a nice route past MI5, big ben and lots of other cool buildings.

4x 2km. Very hilly intervals, more up than down but a nice mix. splits were 8.11, 8.15, 8.21, 8.07.
