Running race (National 6 stage relay) 20:30 [5] 5.8 km (3:32 / km)

Hoped to be under 20 minutes but it was a reasonably tough course. Good fun race though and felt good when running.

Running intervals 30:27 [5] 7.6 km (4:00 / km)

10x 400m with 400m recovery (in 2 minutes). Most reps were under 1.10, some of the middle ones were a bit over. Felt hard at the end. The session was designed as a shrapener for the weekends races.
