Dissapointed to have had so long out. Legs feel good on the upside. Have 3 weeks until a 10k race I am doing at the olympic park. If I get two good weeks of training in followed by a good taper week with some short and fast stuff I could do a good time. Not in too bad shape. The rest could even be a blessing
