Today I found out I have a place in the great North run. It's not until September but it feels good to have a target. My foot is lots better. Still a little bit tender so will build up slowly. Aim is sub 1hour 20 for Great North.

5x 6 minutes with a two minute recovery. Tried not to focus on speed because I'm not that fit. Did ok though.

Really struggled today. Me breathing felt awful. Need to get some training in so i can still beat Glynn, he is probably better than me at the moment. To be fair I was smashed last night so did quite well just getting out of bed.
