Running tempo 36:50 [4] 5.0 mi (7:22 / mi)
5 x 1 mile with a 2 minute recovery. Started with two faster reps 5.37. I felt good but slowed down for the next two and did 5.50ish. The last one I did 5.37 again. Felt good. Shin is tender, have a 10k on the 2nd July. So will do a 10 miles on sunday and then easy from there with some shorter speedwork.
