Worked really well as a team with Nick who was also going for sub 17. We kept swapping who was at the front every 800m or so. Last km was 3.16 for me, even quicker for him. Proper chuffed with this as I have felt shit all week and was pretty dissapointed about the GNR.

200m fast with 200m reocery. Still feeling stiff, felt better at the end.

Pretty dissapointed with this. Started too quick (1155 Through 2 miles). Lost it from 7 miles on. Felt bad from 4 miles in really. I have one month until Peterborough half. I have put together a training plan.
