Never been more annoyed at myself. Ran without a watch and lost heart with 1 km to go. Lost 30 seconds on a guy who was behind me and almost walked over the line. Thought I was on for about 18. Run to the line. Would have got a PB for sure. On the upside, I didn't think I was fit.

4x 1600m. Still felt a bit stiff. Should have warned up to improve my initial splits. 5.53, 5.43, 5.45, 5.43

5x 1km with 200m rec. Started at 3.20 and dropped out when I was running about 3.50 haha. Legs are like lead

Note

Poor training the last few weeks. Still running pretty well and feel injury free. In a good place to start to add consistency and build towards the Berlin marathon
