A few days off running for rest and for a wedding. 5000m race today.

Went withthe pacer for 1630 pace. Not feeling that fit after a few weeks running but still felt I could achieve a PB. Last 800m was a struggle but made it. Finished third. Foot felt fine even in spikes and an 8 second pb when not that fit.
