Nice snowy muddy run in the woods. Got bored of running slow so found a relatively grippy uphill section and did 5x 3 mins (ish) uphill.

Long snowy hilly run. Bostall Heath, Shrewsbury Park, oxleas Wood, East Wickham open space, bostal heath, lesnes Abbey Wood, Frank's Park and Lesnes Abbey Wood. Went out to do ten miles and enjoyed it too much to stop
