10*800m intervals on a grass course with some down and up hills. Ran here some weeks ago, but felt much stronger today. 3 minutes rest between.
Splits:
2.37 (chased by a dog), 34, 31, 29, 30, 29, 27, 25, 24, 19
1,5 mile warm up, 1,5 mile cool down. Felt great today, recovered well between intervals and never really struggled. Fall break (one day) tomorrow!
