Running intervals 40:00 [5] 5.5 mi (7:16 / mi)

2 mile warm up to Peterson park. Then 8*400m grass intervals with 2 min recovery.
Splits: 68, 69, 70, 71, 70, 70, 70, 67

Dead tired and vomited after the last one. Rough stuff. Just not used to all this speed yet I guess.

Running intervals 40:00 [5] 4.5 mi (8:53 / mi)

2 mile warm up, 10*200m intervals - all around 32s. Then 1 mile cool down.

Warm up and cool down only. Had to cancel track workout b/c of shins.

Running intervals 1:15:00 [5] 6.0 mi (12:30 / mi)

3 mile warm up/run then russian intervals at the track. 3*300 *3 sets, with 30s jog rest and 800m jog rest between sets. Intervals around 51-53 seconds.

1 mile warm down.
