Had a decent day even though I don't feel like I did many of the 11 controls well. Tried to really hurt myself on the way to #5. Ended up with a couple of other runners and was trying to go fast to get away from them (when will I learn not to try this!). First tried to run through a large stump and have the massive bruise to show for it on my lower left quad. Then just a few meters later rolled my right ankle really well. Managed to continue hobbling to the next control, but when really far to the right and had to come back to it. Lost 1:25 minutes according to attackpt.

Only had a few minor mistakes (except for #11). Just a little off inside the control circle or just out of it. On #11, my brain just didn't want to make sense of the contours and then I confused termite mounds. I sorted it out pretty quickly (the track just beyond the control helped) and only lost about a minute.
