Pretty good run! I had two or three minor mistakes and one major mistake (which cost me 2 minutes). #1 got me as I saw a control which I knew wasn't mine, but I still checked it.

Then had a complete mental stuff-up on #8. Plan was to catch the track and follow it north. Follow it to the junction then continue north to minor track. For some reason, I just took off to the right and just kept going. When I found the minor track, I went right when I should have gone left (again I have no idea what I was thinking). Finally realized that I was running east and going downhill when I should be doing the opposite. Ended up costing me about 2 minutes.

Cleaned things up after that, but took a bit of a circuitous route to #13 trying to avoid the green. Then didn't read the embankment to the north of #15.

Other than that I did run just off my bearing to the water coures then follow it to the control, but this was intended (on a few I did end up much wider of the control than I intended). I think I'm starting to notice that Dennis loves putting controls on water features. This made bearing-off a good strategy.

Went a little easy today as I was going to do this again on Thursday. My watch always says that 7.5 laps on the blue track is 3.12-3.15 even though I run on the inside lane quite close to the line.
