2nd long run of the year. slow & steady pace through Lions Gate Park. slow jog on the uphills, 5-minute break at the bridge. achilles was much better than 1st run...almost completely forgot about it, hip was sore again during last 30-minutes or so....but less than last time. Only hit the wall once after last uphill...felt significantly better than run #1.

first long run of the year. slow & steady pace through Lions Gate Park. slow jog on the uphills, 5-minute break at the bridge. achilles acted up now and then, hip was sore for last 30-minutes or so. ran through 'the wall' on several occasions, but almost gave in over the last 3km.
