First session at Arawa, helped me out a lot in terms of technique!

Just a flat run, wasn't the best, knee and feet didn't feel right running on pavement. Might be time for a different pair of shoes.

The Geraldine MTB race was meant to be oon this day but it ended up getting postponed and it was raining all day so I couldn't get the motivation to get out and train
