Run from the Crags campground with the camp. Forgot to ask you what the total time and distance was for the day. Loved it. Felt super. Was great time on the feet. Increasing the speed for a portion of the 2nd run was helpful... changing it up with no camelback or bottle gave me energy.

Joined the group a bit late today.. Started quicker until I reached the group. WARM day. Falcon Trail. Was able to practice some walking. Effortless. Loved the group!

welcome to rampart res run! Will most likely do this really soon. Want to go all the way around. Smooth single track was lovely. Felt like I could run on that trail all day-- dip in the river.. sweet.. am estimating the calculations because I'm just trying to catch up! You know the distance.

Palmer Lake trails to the top of Mt. herman. Views unbelievable. Meadows of grasses and wildflowers never disappoint. One of my fav runs of the year.
