GPS tracking and various other duties through the night and early morning. One of the more dramatic moments was helping to organize transport from the forest for Olav Lundanes who injured himself on the 9th leg.
Helping a couple of hours after the race was over* cleaning up the "office" before going home to sleep.
*) not really since there were still many teams out there, but the GPS service and TV studio were closed down.
Not quite halfway through the 24 hour (at least) work session at 10mila. So far we have done the Youth and the Womens relays. I´m involved in GPS tracking working together with Jan Kocbach of World of O.
Exciting in many ways and a very great success for Stora Tuna OK in winning the Youth Relay.

...and now the night session begins with GPS tracking for the 10mila relay.
Very interesting to follow the WebTV production from the inside of both the studio and the production van.
Trail running warm up/down 41 [1] 0.06 km (11:59 / km) ahr:87 max:97 shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX 6-2016
No real warm-up, so I turned off the watch when I noticed that it was less than 100m to the start. This threw me off my routines apparently - probably didn´t stop the time but took a split - so when I started I may have stopped the watch instead?
Didn´t notice until I finished - by starting the clock again...
Orienteering race 48:12*** 3.6 km (13:23 / km) ahr:149 max:149 spiked:8/9c shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX 6-2016
Veteran-OL, Avesta OK - H2 Sunny and nice day, nice terrain where I had a good flow. No mistakes - if you don´t count small deviations to the side of the control (~10-15sec) but with still full control of where I was.
Biggest time loss was actually to the (unflagged) finish where I dropped down to far to the road instead of staying higher on the hillside, maybe 30 seconds! First time in my newly acquired shoes - felt good.
Also first swim of the year in quite murky water so maybe dirtier after than before, but it was at least refreshing.
