Walking from our hotel to the Event Centre at Amorgos Hotel and back again after picking up our packages.

In addition to walking from our hotel to the Event centre hotel in the morning after coming back for a short rest we also went out on the training map at Patticheio Park in Larnaca. Hottest time of the day with temps in the 30ies but not to bad after all with some breeze from the Salt Lake and later from the Mediterranean Sea.
Logged time is just for the afternoon "orienteering".

Why stay at home when there's still orienteering to be had abroad? Now on my way to Cyprus for a week and a "5-day" event (run in only 4 days). First race on Monday .

Nice fall weather so I had to go out for a bike ride. A relatively easy tour via Sellnäs and Gunnarsbo - and stopping by Naturkompaniet on the way back to get a refund for my Fjällräven shorts.

We were in charge of cooking tonight: potato-leek soup, mini baguettes, carrot sticks. And of course - since today is the official "Cinnamon Bun Day" in Sweden - we had home made cinnamon buns.
