Very slow and easy run/jog on the trails of the short gravel pit route. Still mostly snow and some ice. A very nice and sunny day and +5-10C, maybe even more in the sun.
Felt a light twinge in my right calf right at the beginning - maybe five minutes in - but kept going and at least it didn´t get worse. This will force me to take it easy on running for a while which is too bad, since that is what should be coming now that skiing is over.
Birgit was in Ludvika to help her father getting organized before moving to a new apartment by the end of the month.

NOTE: HR is definitely totally screwed - I noticed when I came back that the actual HRM was partly disconnected from the contacts on the band which explains it.
