Note

Travel day from Östersund.
A cold morning (-24C) where the car reluctantly started. A quick stop at Staffan and Lenas before driving south. Nice sunny day so the driving was much easier than on the way up on Thursday.

Walking from Anders and Petras apartment to the University campus where we skated a few laps on the 400M oval. It was cold enough that we really didn´t want to do more (-15 or so).
I don´t totally agree with my watch since the laps were exactly 400 meters but I think I may have accidentally stopped it at some occasion. Most probably it was 14 (or 15) laps so it should have been 5600 (or 6000) ...

Very nice skiing with Anders and Maria at Spikbodarna in Östersund. Petra also joined us the first 2 km before she had to go back to go to school. Freshly groomed tracks, sun, blue skies and -15C made it a fine day. A bit slow due to the cold and a dusting of new snow in the tracks.
Longest training session in a very long time - walking not included.

Travel day.
Driving to Östersund to visit Anders and Petra. Tough and slow drive in the snowy conditions, ~7 hours which is a lot more than usual.

Tried a new loop with an easier start - downhill/flat the first 2KM (as warmup) - before hitting the uphills. Suits me fine at this stage of getting back in shape.
