Second day of MOC Tour, Long distance at Montjuic/Olympic Mountain. Really a sprint combined with a forest/park O in very open, runnable terrain.
Walked every step of the first sprint part of the course - 13 controls. Even walking I actually missed one minute on one control since I didn't read the control description and ended up under a bridge instead of on top! Then took the first control of the second half (after a map change) before cutting directly to #10 of the 15 in this part of the course.
Listened to the Womens 4x5km XC relay going to the start + the first few controls!
Forgot to turn off my watch at the finish, so this also includes the way back to the assembly area.

First day of the MOC Tour, Middle Distance at Montserrat/Le Bruc.
With my present ailments I decided to take it easy so I walked the whole course. Despite the slow going I still had problems with both route choice and some of the esrlier controls.

Easy jog to see if my body is fit for running yet. Just a slight discomfort with my kidney after. The actual running felt OK so I should be able to run/jog at least a few races in Spain.
Just ran home to Clas N for a short chat and then back the same way. Garmin was dead so time is a guess.
