Road Skiing race (Sprint) 2:10 [5]

Had a very quick sprint around a parking lot. Managed to get some road burn on my hip and shoulder.

XC Running race (Time Trial) 28:09 [5] 1.5 mi (18:46 / mi)

We had a brutal time trial up an Alpine ski slope. Even with it being the morning, the sun was awful.

Hiking with the dog (Without dog, with poles) 2:30:00 [3] 6.8 mi (22:03 / mi)

Hiked up some big moutian by Lake George. We all had poles, did not help. Mostly fun. Later that day, we discussed the pipeline with Jason.

Worked on our classic technique. Took some good time to go over striding, double-pole and double-pole kick. We also did intervals through a complex after perfecting the technique.

Road Skiing race (Agility cource on skis) 5:00 [5]

Jason set up a nice agility course for our skating strength. At first it was really hard, but after skiing through a number of times, it got very easy. IT DID NOT TAKE ME 5 MINUTES!!! I am only putting 5 minutes there because i do not have access to the times at the moment.

Took a very long trip to Lake George. Once there, we worked on different technique and had lunch. I also got very dehydrated...

Had numerous different obstacles to go over, under and through.

XC Running hills (Poles) 1:30:00 [3] 5.0 mi (18:00 / mi)

Worked on the ski trails with poles. Really focused on the precision bounding part.

Iron Body Training (Strength Training) 30:00 [5]

Worked through many different strength building stations. They included medicine balls, pull ups, dips, step ups, different push ups and agility.
