Note
(rest day)

Amazing discoveries tonight...

Here I was all trusting that the bike store I bought my bike from on Saturday set it up correctly...

Went to tighten up my pedals because my cleats were exceptionally loose yesterday to discover... the cleats on my shoes aren't compatible with my pedals and the only connection I got for the full day yesterday was the front of the cleat... yay for winner no wonder I was flying out of them I wasn't clipped in at all... more to the point no wonder it was such hard work.

Discovery #2 was that the tire pressure was about 50psi... yeah it was a bit rough yesterday and slide factor was high.

So I have switched over to cleats that clip in now and dropped the psi to 40 until I go tubeless... ride number two is going to be so much nicer LOL

As a side note I really need to go look at the front shock setup and see how much they botched it up not even going to bother with seat height/stem at this point in time just assume its close enough until I start doing long distances when it makes a bigger difference.

oh and they forgot to take my 10% off accessories so over charged me $45 - love the irony in paying extra for the above issues.

================

Bike aside was feeling pretty darn good this morning. However started getting tight and sorer during the afternoon... Have insane headache going on now and muscles starting to ache all over - looking forward to tomorrow going to be fun.
