Legs where sore from Sunday - so knew this would be slower... Then I discovered it was a lot hillier than Sunday too.

Interestingly, I scored better, I had a better average pace, a lower heart rate and well I think the climb was a bigger difference but in garmins dodgy elevation we trust.

Course was nice - definitely a challenging area - I miss Perth's flatness! - There may have been some walking involved from time to time.
