Excuses first:
Felt tired before I even started
Calves super tight from Tuesday jacobs still
Left big toe dont know wtf but was an issue/

if I was shuffling any slower I might as well buy a zimmerframe.
Wasnt lifting knees at all
Wasnt committing to the run at all - HR proves that.

That said the aim was to not got flat tack I certainly didn't but was still a disappointing effort even when I realised it was bad out there I had nothing there to lift the performance. bad bad bad.
