https://reps.io/wgSbSo after 6500 steps today (still not back to the current average (~9k) ) my ankle is definitely still swollen and tender but its definitely on the improve. Unless its rock solid tomorrow running will be delayed until Sunday (most likely).
In my frustration tonight went up on pretty much all weights also didn't do fitball mountain climbers to protect the ankle and rather did more crunches and some leg lifts.
Felt like a really solid session even though I think all the increases may have cost some form - will work on that next time.
