https://reps.io/wgYmRest week is over so back to the gym - took a bit of motivation -had missed yesterday as head cold still around but felt good enough today,... probably had some impact at a few points felt lightheaded but generally, exercises were easier which is good. Feeling 95% better anyway!
Weight loss still kicking along down 13.2kg in just over 14.5 weeks as of this morning - ill call stumps on it soon... (no hard goal).
