So ate a huge dinner compared to normal and also have some fierce congestion going on post last weeks head cold - which combined made for a really shitty session - breathing was just painful and felt sick from having eaten too much.

That said got through session fine and fine...

Shame couldn't make the MTB weekend would have enjoyed that.

I've booked a physio session this week when I have some free time to attend to the calves and ankle finally probably just to get some needling to help loosen things up and a few specific activities - I don't think anything is too severe I just want to get it behind me sooner than later as its been dragging on.
