Orienteering race (MetrO - Mosman Park Long) 48:57 [3] 6.6 km (7:25 / km) +142m 6:42 / km

Did long but had decided to take it easy so didn't smash myself.

Stayed with Paul for a little bit but choose 1 lower and point was high and he put some ground on me then - then I gave him a navigational hint he took it up and smashed me from there.

Chugged along 26-25 was silly couldn't find the path and would've been faster going on the road I think.

11 - 5 also went high instead of low - otherwise everything was reasonably clean. Felt some old niggles in the last quarter so backed right off but otherwise felt good.

Was nice to go out and do something and see some peeps.

Note

The hockey stick on weight is happening fast - new role at work has been smashing me since July have done practically nothing - + a few illness a long the way has pretty much got me strung thin - need to address but not sure how - hoping to get onto of things again soon.

In meantime gym memberships been cancelled so will just have to hit out cardio until I find practical time for that again.
