Was packed out there - busiest I have ever seen it - however, once on trails was pretty much freedom as normal. Really enjoyable laid back ride.

Felt a bit out of sorts on this run but still produced a really good time (for me) still need to trim 1m30 out might be possible with a bit more consistency and training.

Felt slow, heavy and tired - more just getting out to move and grind it out - was slow in comparison to the last run - can't improve every run.

Well just slashed 48s out of my time. Was working pretty hard - feel like I have a little more to give but not sure if I have another 1:30ish guess well find out over next few weeks. Garmin rudely mis-recorded the start and chopped 40m out of my run. which I edited back in but of course cant edit strava so pace there slightly worse.

Gutted I was 2s short of 2nd fastest time.

Might have gone out a little too hard early:
