Touch rugby was cancelled so went down to the river for a run in Peppy Grove - struggled on uphill calve was very tight so took it easy but it did feel very much a grind. All the same, did my 20 mins for this week.

Day 22 on day 23 because had to switch 23 and 22 - too much stuff going on!

either way, 20 min urn felt harder than it should. hopefully, day 32 is more forgiving else I'm going to rapidly get into a sore and uncomfortable land of pain in future weeks.

good ride practised jumps on Lancaster and got a clean run on all features except the biggest one.
