Could and should have gone harder it was all flat around the harbour... lots of people getting in the way though!

Weirdly my left shoulder was hurting :(

Also wondering how my ankle/foot soreness will pull up - have been considering a dr visit for it :( < hence totally cool idea going for run teehee.
