A warmup loop on forsyths on way to footo - took it reasonably easy - but still managed to get pr's around the course on a number of sections. Forgot to start my watch on time and hence its a bit shorter than one would expect.

Dave enjoyed if for the first time going there.

Out with Dave for this one - majority was walking both wanting to take it easy and also to give Dave some more time to get his head around orienteering maps.

Sadly I have to say I hate this area the blackboy visibility just makes it unenjoyable. You end up hunting for boulders which should be visible.

Incidentally I had nav errors everywhere - probably partially because I was having a good chin wag to Dave, and drifting and not being fully in zone but still just horrendous even when we where trying.

Not going to do a blow by blow for this one. if you want the full woeful story go to tbt when it goes up!

Stretched out a bit in finish leg - felt I could go faster but wanted to test out calf at faster than normal pace once it had been warmed up - felt good - but must admit feel like I have a lot of other lingering issues in my legs/feet.

Only going to do Sunday in dryanda next week hoping for a good day.
