Revisited the KP Line course - really enjoyed it. Managed to trim 5 minutes off prior time and 70m off the distance.
The first km was almost a 5min km was at 5:04 at 800m but still found myself walking before the 2km mark - found running with my phone in my back pocket is such a distraction.
App testing had some progress but still limited.
Generally a good run - like the course it has a bit of everything a few minor changes I think I can get it down to 5.5km. Finished the last km pretty strongly but know I have more to give.
Even though I am only doing 1 run a week - can feel my feet, ankle and shins all starting their typical complaints. guess I should do some stretching.
Was pretty busy in the park which was nice to see.
