the gym was dead quiet it was lovely.

Missed Thursday - and rest week ahead so feeling good.

Few niggles still in play with the ankles/feet might take the week off riding too.

Right ankle and foot have got worse so not riding today - not sure what’s root cause by suspect it’s cycling related

The mist was epic - particularly through the cemetery where I had a douche walking in the middle of the road put out his arm and almost take me out for no reason.

Other than that was actually a really pleasant ride.

for some reason my right ankle (the better of to two) is sore as hell after riding today - perhaps I did something in that near accident yesterday?! Will see if I ride tomorrow or not...

Started ride got less than 1km away and stopped to put rain jacket on as it had started to spit and there was lots of dark clouds coming... (i dont mind riding in rain I just dont like getting back into wet clothes at end of day)

I proceeded to work really hard to make up for the stoppage and decided to go via the park even though mount st in the wet is like suicide.

Lost chain on may drive which was annoying as I felt I had been going at a reasonable pace up there.

Mount st was er. slippery but doable.

Ended up not raining and I probably got more wet from overheating!

Almost came off my bike tonight - the grip pavement and the end of a footpath for the visually impaired were very slippery as I joined the footpath to cross the railway just west of king eddies. my bike came out from underneath me and I instantly went neutral pedals and decleated... mountain biking has taught me a thing or two lol... somehow recovered but my left ankle wasn't happy about the speed of the decleat.

Late at work - I knew there was no dinner so went via kebab store in Shenton Park - their kebabs were ok but not amazing.
