Did my first SR of the year - and first run in a long time.
Did it 100% map memory and only made 2 small mistakes (helped it's my back yard practically) which probably cost me 100 m or so (200 tops).
Also ran with a metronome at 170 as apparently I need faster cadence. was tricky getting into it but I think I got there. Will be interesting to see if im less sore I certainly felt like I was hitting the ground a lot softer.
Certainly unfit but did the course faster than I expected so happy with the result.
