ahr:159 max:181 shoes: ASICS GEL - Nimbus 19

5th fastest recorded time and fastest since 2018 and only 3s diff to 3rd fastest so in good form considering I am a probably +10kg on any of those fastest attempts.

Can't see that fastest time happening soon its 2min 16s faster. Got my work cut out for me there for sure.
