I'm feeling spent so - Pauls log is going to be better!

For how hot the day went out the gate too hard - a few small nav errors but didn't cost us much time. picked up 2 of the golden ticket extra points.

Feel would have done better picking up the rest of the run and not going upstream on the paddle - probably would've been late still.

Came in late and took a 14 point penalty. the double kayak was certainly faster and more stable but I was so spent by the end - everything was sore. A number of times head down and just paddling with what I could muster rather than any purpose.

Fitness, not my strength atm neither is strength ... equal second or 3rd if you using rogaine scoring Happy with the result.

The worst part was the start of the paddle - sweat, salt, river water, and sun in my eyes - I couldn't open my eyes without stinging pain - so just shut them and paddled until the stinging stopped.
