(distance is an estimate) Biomechanics study - Session 1:
Started with runs of 8km/hr, 10km/hr, 12km/hr for roughly 6min each, then two 3km time trials on treadmills with a 5min break, and finally the first session again. The time trials were 12:48 and 14:50.... I'm so exhausted now
