Almost got blown off my bike along Frome Rd and the rain was cold, BUT I saw a double rainbow so happy days!

SA Long champs, very long indeed. Started rather slow even though it was the flat section of the course, but towards the end I got in to it. Controls 9-12 were fun (probably because of the downhill legs haha). Again, felt pretty consistent with navigation, I'm just still hesitating when getting close to most controls, I think it's self-doubt getting to me each time. Also my running isn't where I'd like it to be, BUT overall a very satisfying two days! + Meredith is a wonderful road trip buddy ;)

*yay some orienteering!!* SA Middle champs
Very excited to come out this weekend. I was worried I was going to make lots of mistakes after not having done any orienteering for a while, but perhaps that made me focus much more. I felt very consistent the whole way around even if I was running pretty slow. Felt exhausted towards the end, so I'm going to keep working on getting fit again! Those steep banks aren't going to get any smaller!

3 laps of accelerations every 100m
mini sprints exercise x 6 (these are roughly 75m but split up)

Good to get back into routinely going haha
