Was going to long run, but my assignments became the morning's priority. So today became an unscheduled but much needed rest day (day 4)

That was tough! I have to begin somewhere though, and I'm pleased with a 4:47min/km average to start with. [cadence: 161]

Good run with Jenny, Emily, Sarah and Sarah's brother Andrew! Note to self to be careful as the ankle twinged a few times on the rocky trail sections, and I don't want a repeat of 2015's summer of not running.
