Long run from Bridgewater (but missed the group run) I went up Mt George and was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the view is! Hamstrings are super sore today

Hot hot! Deep view in 8.24min. Ran up and around to the fire track, then walked down from the first falls track (super steep besser bricks!)
