I went up the deep view path to the top of the hill, to Moores Rd & back down via 3rd falls. I didn't realise how beautiful Morialta is at the back too! Fun run

Training at Adelaide high school with a super fun mass start, but then I started to slow down massively in the parklands. I've had a tight left calf all week and am feeling waaay more lethargic than I think I should be. I'm going to try get a blood test to see if it's the iron levels again, or something else.
