Note

Saw the physio and things are looking good, I have weak ankles and need to strengthen up all muscle groups in my legs etc. Have to rest this week from high impact to let my knee stop being inflamed (fat pad apparently). And hopefully all will be well for racing this weekend and I can get into running MORE next week! keen
