Long dist - NOL 2. Mostly ok, felt good running which probably means I need to run harder. Mistake at 8 and got the vibe that I had missed the control so I quickly ran back to the track to loop around and the second attempt was much better. Had a good time in my approach to most controls but definitely see room for improvement.
RELAY yay - NOL 1. felt terribly bleaaarrghhh within an hour of the mass start so that was pretty sucky but the actual race was fine. Some embarrassingly poor orienteering by me at 3 but I was pleased with myself for catching up some places on the last loop, that last bit was smooth.
