SA Challenge running between the three unis - basically 2.2km x 2 each in teams of 4. We came 3rd lol but got free yoghurt so that was a win! + warm up/warm down
yes I recognise that my running routine has completely gone out the window these past two weeks, but there's not much I can do at the moment. 2/3 assignments complete though - what a good time...
5 x 5min tempo with 1:45min rest (4:04, 4:09, 4:13, 4:10, 4:04min/km) I was running with Toby and Jack, but Toby loved a good mid-effort chat soooo I think he could be running faster haha
