SA Challenge running between the three unis - basically 2.2km x 2 each in teams of 4. We came 3rd lol but got free yoghurt so that was a win!
+ warm up/warm down

yes I recognise that my running routine has completely gone out the window these past two weeks, but there's not much I can do at the moment. 2/3 assignments complete though - what a good time...
